Support Options

There are two primary ways for you to receive support. The first solution is to utilize our comprehensive Online Support Center (a new window will open) where you will be able to troubleshoot, review the knowledge base and, if necessary, submit an issue ticket. All that is required is for you to create a login and password so that we can track your questions and requests.

You are also eligible for phone support. Note, when you register your DARKROOM product you are entitled to 15 days of free phone support. (An information card is included with the product packaging.)

After the 15-day phone support trial period you have two options for continued full-service assistance:

  • The Basic Program is a $50 per issue program. A credit card is required when you call 888.508.3443 (in the U.S.) or 01493 888222 (in the U.K.). It is our primary objective to answer your call immediately, however, you are welcome to leave a message and we will get back to you promptly, typically within two hours.
  • The Anytime Access Program is a phone support program available for individuals or companies seeking assistance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for 365 days. It includes a hotline phone number. Click here or call 888.584.0089 (Option 6) to learn more about Anytime Access.

Note that ExpressDigital Phone Support (Basic or Anytime Access) does not provide product training. We do our best to keep the online training section of this website updated with relevant training modules (see the three DARKROOM 101 modules for comprehensive training). If you are seeking in-person training, many of DARKROOM’s authorized dealers host training events on a semi-regular basis.
